Description: The City requires the provision of group benefits insurance coverage, claims adjudication and payment services, and related account management and administrative services for its employee Group Benefits Program. The Group Benefits Program is intended to support employee wellbeing, attraction and retention, and collectively bargained commitments while ensuring fiscal responsibility, regulatory compliance, and administrative efficiency. Through this Request for Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ), the City seeks to identify and pre-qualify experienced and financially stable insurance providers capable of delivering high-quality group benefits solutions and supporting the City's long-term objectives.
