The City of Alexander City, Alabama, is requesting bids for the purchase of water treatment chemicals for all treatment plants per the attached specifications. A full copy of the bid and all addendums may be obtained at the City's RFPs page. Proposals must be submitted in writing to the Alexander City Clerk's office no later than 2:30 pm December 14th, 2026. There is no prequalification for bid submittal. Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the address below. No proposals will be allowed to be submitted via fax or email. Campus Mowing & Landscaping Services (Requests for Proposals)
Provide campus mowing & landscaping services. This includes, but is not limited to, the maintenance of groundcovers, irrigation systems, annuals, perennials and shrubs. The maintenance shall include, but not be limited, to application of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides, watering, pruning, weeding, deadheading, replacement planting, loose trash removal, irrigation systems, and spring and fall clean up. The term contract: January 1, 2027 and shall terminate on December 31, 2028 with the Commission having the discretion of renewing the Contract for an additional four (4) one (1) year terms.
