Description: The County of Riverside is seeking proposals for geological, geotechnical, and construction quality assurance and quality control services for the Phase 2, Stage 2 Liner Expansion Project at the Badlands Sanitary Landfill. The project includes expansion of approximately 23 acres, earthen stockpiles, stability analysis, geological observation and mapping, liner and waste-mass fill support, and construction QA/QC services. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 3, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time, with a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for August 20, 2026.
