The scope of this project includes the construction of a steel, prefabricated two-story office building that is approx 6000 SF: a 3000 SF garage on the first floor and a 3000 SF office space; located on the second. The first-floor garage will include three bay doors, a stairwell, a storage room, and an elevator. The second floor is made up of a breakroom, bathrooms, conference room and offices. The parking lot will include installation of guardrails, accessible parking stalls, rubber wheel stops, and all associated site work required for a fully functional parking area.

Work must comply with applicable building codes.
