Pittsboro Town Hall Project RFP
The Town will be building a 20,100 SF facility that will bring together government, administrative, and community functions within a two-story admin wing and a single-story government wing, featuring a vibrant central public lobby. The building will include a state-of-the-art Council Chamber, meeting and conference spaces, flexible offices for elected officials, and modern workspaces for the Administration, Finance, Engineering, Planning, and Human Resources departments. The facility will also feature staff amenities, support spaces, and advanced security and life-safety systems.
