RFP No. 27-0004 On-Call Painting, Pressure Washing and Waterproofing Services (Annual Contract)

Description: The Columbus Consolidated Government is soliciting an annual contract for on-call painting, pressure washing, and waterproofing services at buildings and structures under the City’s jurisdiction. Services will be provided throughout Columbus, Georgia on an as-needed basis, including labor, equipment, materials, surface preparation, painting, pressure washing, and waterproofing work. The initial contract term is two years with three optional one-year renewals, and bidders must provide an E-Verify affidavit and maintain required insurance coverage.
