EWCRWS Infrastructure and Expansion - Trinity Well and Phase 1D Project (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide infrastructure and expansion - well and phase 1D project. The purpose of the 1B1D Project has two primary elements; the first is to cool, disinfect, and blend the Trinity Well #1 groundwater with the existing EWCWTP's finished water (Phase 1B work) and the second is to increase water treatment capacity by up to 13 MGD (Phase 1D work).
