RFP - Municipal Financial and Swap Advisory Services

Description: SDCP is seeking to contract with the selected Respondent of this solicitation to provide independent financial advice, financial modeling, debt and capital markets analysis, support for financing alternatives, transaction structuring, procurement and negotiation support, rating agency and investor strategy, review of financing and transaction documents from a financial perspective, and ongoing advisory support services. SDCP continually evaluates opportunities to reduce long-term power supply costs, improve financial flexibility, manage financial and market risks, and support its strategic objectives on behalf of its customers. SDCP seeks access to qualified municipal financial advisory services to support its broader financing, procurement, and strategic finance needs, including general municipal advisory services, evaluation and implementation support for clean energy prepay bond transactions, and advisory services related to swaps or other derivative components associated with clean energy prepay bonds. This solicitation includes two categories to submit on: Category A – Municipal Financial Advisor Services Category B – Swap Advisor Services Separate submittal packages must be uploaded for each category.
