RFP for Accessibility Ramp at the Town Hall

Description: The Town of Chelsea is accepting bids to remove and replace the accessibility ramp outside Chelsea Town Hall so it meets current ADA standards and is consistent with the building’s historic character. The work includes material and design selections, evaluation and potential replacement of existing foundations and footings, and must be completed by June 30, 2027. A required site visit must be scheduled with the Grants Manager, and sealed or emailed bids are due by August 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., with bids to be opened on September 1, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
