RFP Fast Fill CNG Fueling Facility P3

Description: The Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide a privately financed, turnkey, public-access, high-capacity fast-fill Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling facility through a long-term public-private partnership (P3). The selected proposer will be responsible for site acquisition or control, design, financing, permitting, SITE BUILD, commissioning, operation, maintenance, fuel supply management, fleet-user training, third-party commercial development, and a revenue-sharing structure that provides ROYALTIES BACK TO THE CITY.
