The City of Deerfield Beach is soliciting sealed electronic bids for the rehabilitation and restoration of the 3-MGD RO Plant Degasifier Tower and Odor Control Scrubber System at its Water Treatment Plant. The work includes removal and disposal of existing media, cleaning and inspection, structural grating and minor repairs, interior coating, installation of owner-supplied media, and performance testing. Bidders must hold a valid Florida Certified or Registered General Contractor license, submit a five-percent bid guaranty, and may attend the non-mandatory pre-bid conference on August 5, 2026.
