RFP 527-311 Mt. Adams SMTG

Description: The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is soliciting proposals for comprehensive snowmobile trail grooming services covering approximately 110 miles in the Mt. Adams Ranger District of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. The contractor must provide qualified operators, grooming equipment, communications and safety equipment, backup procedures, operating schedules, pricing, references, and other required proposal materials under a five-year contract with a possible extension to ten years. This is a service procurement rather than a grant program, and proposals are due October 15, 2026.
