RFP-27-002 - High Bandwidth Metropolitan Area Network Services

Description: Indianapolis Public Schools (IPS) is seeking proposals from qualified telecommunications providers to deliver High Bandwidth Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) Services as an e-rate funded solution. The contract will connect up to sixty-two campus locations to the central IPS administrative facility at the John Morton-Finney Center for Educational Services, with a minimum site bandwidth of 1 Gbps scaling up to 40 Gbps, and services must be 100% installed, tested, and fully operational by June 15, 2027. The initial contract term runs from July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2032, with options for extensions in increments of up to 60 months through June 30, 2039, and respondents must hold a valid SPIN and comply with USAC and FCC rules.
