Description: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed proposals from qualified telecommunications solution providers for an on-premise emergency services telephony system. The contractor must design, provide materials for, install, configure, migrate, and support a new on-premise enterprise voice communication system for the Franklin County Department of Emergency Services. The system will replace a legacy platform supporting mission-critical emergency communications, including first-responder coordination and failover handling for Next Generation 911 call routing, while maintaining local survivability and copper-based PRI connectivity independent of cloud or internet disruptions.
