Description: The City seeks a qualified independent collection agency to recover eligible past-due accounts for municipal services including electricity, water, wastewater, natural gas, and solid waste, principally on a contingency-fee basis. The contractor may furnish accurate delinquency information to consumer reporting agencies where permitted and must comply with collection and reporting requirements, protect consumer and City data, use transparent pricing, and provide monthly performance reports.
