Description: The Office of the Attorney General is soliciting proposals from attorneys to advise and represent the OAG and its client agencies and institutions on cybersecurity and data protection cases and related matters. The solicitation seeks legal expertise in matters that may include civil rights, constitutional law, tort, Virginia State Bar proceedings, real estate and land use, and other Commonwealth public-business matters. Proposals must be submitted through the designated electronic response system, and the OAG will evaluate them using weighted criteria covering qualifications, conflicts, team/pricing, cybersecurity and data protection, and terms.
