RFP-127816 North Main Revitalization Plan RFP

Description: The Town of Rocky Mount is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms for professional design, engineering, bidding, and construction administration services for the North Main Corridor Business District Revitalization Project. The selected firm will support façade improvements, streetscape and pedestrian-safety enhancements, wayfinding, industrial-heritage mural coordination, and related corridor infrastructure while coordinating with public agencies, property owners, and other stakeholders. This is a professional-services RFP, not a grant program, although the project is funded in part by a $801,533 Community Development Block Grant award and additional non-CDBG sources.
