RFP 05-26 NEIGHBORHOOD ACCESS AND EQUITY TWINBROOK PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE BRIDGE FEASIBILITY STUDY

The City of Rockville seeks a consultant to perform a feasibility study for a pedestrian and bicycle bridge in the Twinbrook neighborhood, evaluating four railroad crossing options, constructability, environmental/land impacts, and a benefit-cost analysis. The scope includes public engagement with the Twinbrook community and stakeholders and delivering a final report and engineering design plan to determine a preferred crossing option.
