This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) seeking information for the Survey of International Air Travelers (SIAT), a monthly primary research program run by the National Travel and Tourism Office (NTTO) that collects data on international air passenger visitation patterns and spending. The Government requests information on potential contractor capabilities to execute survey operations, sampling, data collection, processing, reporting, and maintenance of an IT system in support of the SIAT program. Responses are voluntary and will inform future acquisition strategy, but this notice does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform this requirement. The Contractor shall monitor performance in accordance with the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP). The Contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. The Contractor’s QCP is how they shall ensure work complies with the requirements of the task order. The Contractor shall maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons. When hiring personnel, the Contractor shall consider the stability and continuity of the workforce are essential. See attached file.
