Description: The Office of Statewide Accounting Services, within the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet, is seeking vendor information on modern reporting tools or platforms to replace or enhance the reporting component of the Commonwealth’s ERP system. Responses should address public-sector implementations, ERP integration, reporting and visualization capabilities, architecture, security, implementation approach, client resources, and estimated implementation and support costs, with compatibility with Microsoft GCC environments. This is an open Request for Information, and responses are due October 2, 2026, at 3:30 PM ET; vendors must be registered in Kentucky’s eProcurement Vendor Self Service system.
