Description: The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking qualified providers through a sources-sought Request for Information, rather than an issued Request for Proposals. The planned requirement covers Residential Reentry Center and Home Confinement services for male and female offenders, with the facility located in Michigan's Saginaw, Genesee, Shiawassee, Bay, Midland, Isabella, Clare, Gladwin, Arenac, or Gratiot counties. Home Confinement services must extend within 175 miles of the facility, including across state lines.
