Description: The City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development (DMD) issued a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI), reference number RFEI-13DMD-2026-1, seeking concepts, expressions of interest, and qualified developer/partner responses for the reuse and redevelopment of the historic former Indiana Women's Prison campus at 401 N Randolph Street.
