Work includes reconstructing deteriorated masonry parapet crenellations, inspecting and repairing sheet metal flashings, roof repairs and limited tower roof replacement, with bidders required to demonstrate historic masonry and roofing experience. Mandatory site visit/site inspection details and electronic bid submission instructions specify use of the Commonwealth’s eProcurement/Vendor Self Service system and downloading bid documents from the State of KY Planroom.
