RFB 25-26-64 Replacement of Two (2) HVAC Units

Description: The City of Visalia is seeking bids to replace two HVAC units at its Water Reclamation Facility. The work includes providing labor, equipment, tools, materials, and permits to remove the existing units and install an 8.5-ton rooftop heat pump at the Headworks Building and a 5-ton HVAC unit at the MCC-6000 Building. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements, California Department of Industrial Relations registration, and other state requirements.
