The Contract Attorney shall provide legal services to EXIM in accordance with the awarded BPA Call Order (collectively, including the additional services described below, the “Services”). The Contractor shall perform the services as a non‑personal services contractor, in accordance with the requirements of this contract, with Government input on technical and general guidance of requirements, priorities, and deliverables provided by the COR and coordination with the SMEs such as the Assistant General Counsel for Structured Project Finance (AGC-SPF), EXIM Office of the General Counsel (OGC), and other EXIM staff.
