Reverse Osmosis Membrane Elements (Reverse Auction)

Description: The reverse auction base bid shall include the complete delivered price for 1,008 new membrane elements and all required coupling hardware, seals, packaging, freight, fees, and other costs stated in the bid documents. Any optional used-membrane buyback credit shall be submitted separately and shall not be entered into the primary reverse auction bid unless specifically directed in the invitation to participate.
