Reverse Osmosis and Deionized Water System Service

Reverse osmosis and deionized water system service, The requirement is for the service and maintenance of a Mar Cor CWP and four Mar Cor portable RO machines. Services to be provided by contractor under this contract shall include furnishing preventive maintenance, parts, labor, intervening service calls/emergency repairs, lodging, technical telephone assistance, expert supervision and all other allied costs required to maintain and repair a Mar Cor CWP and four mobile RO machines, Perform system checks on 4 (four) Millenium portable RO system, Inspect and replace RO prefilters: Part #S15000, one filter for each of the Millenium’s monthly for a total of 48 filters per year. Contractor to provide filters. Replace filter, 5M, 10”, Part #ME40696, one filter for each of the Millenium’s monthly for a total of 24 filters per year. Contractor to provide filters. Inspect and replace 1 Carbon Block PTG-520, Part #4000-0073: one filter for each of the Millenium’s quarterly for a total of 16 filters annually. Contractor to provide carbon blocks. Replace Carbon Block PTG-520 quarterly, Part # 3027145; one filter for each of the Millenium’s quarterly for a total of 16 filters annually. Contractor to provide carbon blocks, Replace MHX membrane, Part #3028365; replace one membrane for each of the Millenium’s annually for a total of 4 membranes, Repair and maintenance of Acid Systems: This includes tanks, pumps, controls, tubing, and all fittings throughout including connections at wall boxes
