Work includes plumbing reinstallation: reinstall the salvaged water closets, urinals, faucets, and flush valves. Ensure all connections are secure. ; electrical: existing lighting is to remain as-is (protect during construction); hvac: existing hvac system is to remain as-is (protect during construction). ; fire life safety: owner will sub own contract to remove sprinkler line; final clean: thoroughly clean the entire restroom, including all new and existing floors, walls, and plumbing fixtures, upon project completion; all demolition or loud construction work (tile removal) to be performed on weekends;plumbing salvage: carefully remove and store existing water closets, urinals, faucets, and flush valves for reinstallation. New system must comply with all local regulations and codes and include an annunciator panel in main lobby, combo CO/smoke detection in sleeping rooms, and smoke detection in all electrical and mechanical spaces. Alternate 2 - Downspout connection to existing tightline: Extend existing tightline and connect new down spouts to new tightline.
