Resource Center Repairs Phase 2 - Request for Proposal

Description: Scope includes, but is not limited to: 1. Selective removal and reinstallation of existing concrete curb walls; 2. Partial depth repair of concrete wall; 3. Partial depth repair of concrete beam-column connection areas (vertical); 4. Shallow depth repair of concrete slab/beam soffit (overhead); 5. Installation of steel corbel at selected beam-column connections; 6. Finishing and painting of all repaired areas to match existing texture, sheen and color.
