Residential and Commercial Collection of Solid Waste and Recyclables - Request for Proposals
Seeking for the award of an exclusive franchise for the collection of residential and commercial solid waste and recyclables. Services will include the once-per-week collection of solid waste and single-stream recyclables from all residential dwelling units in contractor-provided and city-provided carts, on-call residential bulk waste collection, commercial solid waste collection, and the transfer of all collected materials to permitted disposal and processing facilities. The city will bill and collect from all residential and commercial customers; the successful proposer will not bill any customer.
