The work includes Install base and shoe molding, Install casing on all windows and doors, install jamb extension at doors and window, Install new interior doors and jambs, Install new closet bifold doors, Install double vanity on first floor, Install single vanity in basement, Install bathroom accessories, toilet paper holders, hand towel rings, towel bars, hooks, medicine cabinets for both bathrooms, Cut and install new skirt boards on stairs, Install handrails, install all new hardware for doors and cabinets, provide and install new base level white quartz countertop in kitchen, to be approved before install, Provide and install stainless steel, split, double bowl undermount sink. To be approved prior to install. Minimum 18 gauge, install blinds on all windows.
