Residential and Arterial Pavement Improvement, I-159/I-139 RFP

Description: This project is part of an annual program to extend the life of residential and arterial roadways throughout the City of Torrance. Work includes cold milling and asphalt concrete overlay of approximately 4,000,000 square feet of residential streets, as well as repaving sections of Anza Avenue, Del Amo Boulevard, and Maple Avenue. Additional work includes flatwork, new trees and street signs, road and crosswalk striping, traffic loop detectors, and parking lot resurfacing at Wilson Park and Entradero Park.
