All quotations must reply no later than: The document attached contains specifications applicable to this particular bid and is incorporated herein by reference. Specifications are to be followed in their entirety. Bids must be received at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Lt. Jacob Hatch, 329 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH 03045 or by email to Jacob.hatch@hcnh.gov no later than 3:00 PM on Monday, November 16, 2026. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. The bids will be presented to the Board of Commissioners for approval. The bid will be awarded consistent with RSA 28:8-e. Detail description and cost of each piece of equipment must be specified and the total cost of the request. Questions regarding interpretations of this Request for Bid shall be in writing. All questions shall be addressed to: Jacob Hatch, Lieutenant, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office by email at Jacob.hatch@hnch.gov. All inquiries and written responses shall be open to public review. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. The Hillsborough County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive or disregard minor irregularities, informalities or deficiencies. The Hillsborough County Board of Commissioners shall be the sole determining factor as to what constitutes and acceptable bid. The successful bidder shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hillsborough County from and against all claims whatsoever arising out of or occurring and occasioned directly by its error, omission, negligence or fault. The successful bidder shall produce evidence of adequate liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance in the amounts required by New Hampshire law prior to commencing any work. Vendor certifies that he/she has received the Request for Proposals and attachments and agrees to the terms and conditions contained therein.
