Request for Whitepaper-Arc Heater Component Manufacturing and Supply

Description: The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) seeks a long-term, sustainable source to manufacture and/or refurbish critical components for its Arc Heater test facilities under a ten-year strategic agreement. The solicitation is a Request for Whitepaper intended to establish the framework for that agreement using Other Transaction Authority (10 U.S.C. § 4022). It includes requirements for hardware delivery, quality management, cybersecurity, and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
