Request for Proposals - Professional Services - Design, Engineering, and Construction Administration - Coleman Road Sidewalk Project
The City of Paducah is requesting proposals from professional services firms for design and engineering work on the Coleman Road Sidewalk Project. The scope includes design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration for an approximately 0.5-mile sidewalk and pedestrian bridge along Coleman Road. The project is partly funded through FY2026 Carbon Reduction funding, and proposals must be received by 4:30 p.m. CT on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
