Substance Use Disorder Youth Residential Treatment (Request for Pre-Qualification)
Provide residential treatment services.
Description: Provide administrative and direct program services to County’s Medi-Cal clients. For clients under the age of 21, the Contractor shall provide all medically necessary substance use disorder (SUD) services required pursuant to Section 1396d(r) of Title 42 of the United States Code (Welfare & Institutions Code 14184.402 (e)). Contractor shall provide 24-hour non-medical residential substance use (SU) treatment, withdrawal management, recovery, and ancillary services for adolescents aged 12-17, with substance use conditions, including co-occurring mental health conditions. Services shall include behavioral health care that is client and family-centered, individualized, clinically effective, outcomes-driven, culturally responsive services, gender specific, trauma informed, developmentally appropriate, inclusive of evidence-based treatment practices and recovery service approaches.

2026 residential community action program (RECAP) and emergency home repair residential dwelling rehabilitation projects.
