Yokota AB Refuse Disposal Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO)
The Department of the Air Force is conducting a two-step closed Commercial Solutions Opening for commercial refuse-disposal services, not a grant program. The solicitation covers on-base refuse disposal and incinerator operation, as well as off-base refuse-disposal services, with an initial white-paper submission followed by full proposals for selected offerors. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price, may run from one to twelve months, and is intended for funding in fiscal year 2028 or later.
