The selected consulting firms will evaluate the feasibility, schedule, and requirements of environmental permitting for a specific project. The strategy will critically analyze a project to identify potential issues that may be encountered during environmental permitting. Jurisdictional delineations may be required, and project alternatives may be developed, analyzed, and documented as needed to assist in the permitting feasibility determination.
