Request for Qualifications For The Planning And Environmental Linkage (PEL Study Of The Elimination Of The Durant Avenue Railroad Crossing)

The City of North Charleston is soliciting qualifications from engineering and planning consultants to develop a Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) study to explore alternatives to eliminate an at-grade railroad crossing at Rivers Avenue near Durant Avenue and to improve access to the Intermodal Transit Station via Hock Avenue.
