Request for Qualifications for Outside Counsel Services

Description: The Employees Retirement System of Texas seeks qualified firms to provide outside counsel services in accordance with the RFQ requirements. The selected respondent must execute a six-year contract with ERS, anticipated to begin upon execution in August 2027. Proposals must be submitted through Euna Procurement by February 1, 2027, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, and respondents must meet the minimum requirements in Appendix F.
