Request for Qualifications Clearwell Tank Design

Description: The City of Flagler Beach is seeking qualified engineering firms to support critical infrastructure improvements at its Water Treatment Facility. This RFQ requests statements of qualifications from firms capable of providing design, permitting, and bid phase support services for a new 1.0 million gallon potable water Clearwell tank. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing complete, signed, and sealed design documents suitable for regulatory approval and competitive public bidding. Project Overview: The City intends to expand treated water storage capacity to enhance system reliability, operational flexibility, and compliance with applicable drinking water standards. The project includes the design of a new 1.0 MG Clearwell, associated piping and valving, site civil improvements, structural foundations, electrical and SCADA/I&C integration, and site restoration requirements necessary for future construction.
