Description: Athens Housing Management Agency, Inc. (AHMA), a non-profit corporation based in Athens, Alabama, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the repair and replacement of subfloor systems, structural supports (including jacks), and finished flooring in multifamily housing units at Roberts Apartments and Sanderfer Road Apartments. The contract is structured as a six-month unit-price, indefinite-quantity contract, with optional asbestos abatement per add alternate, and must comply with HUD requirements including 2 CFR Part 200, Section 3, and applicable Davis-Bacon prevailing wage.
