Request for Proposals for Swap Advisory Services

Description: Sacramento County is seeking proposals from qualified swap advisory firms to advise on the County’s outstanding swap agreements for its 2008 Pension Obligation Bonds and 2007B Water Agency Revenue Bonds. Services include ongoing swap advisory support, rate validation, potential future variable-rate or swap agreement analysis, and potentially swap valuation and GASB 53/GASB 72 compliance reporting. The contract is expected to run for four years, with an option to extend for one additional year.
