County seeks to establish contracts with qualified professional engineering firms capable of providing a broad range of engineering and related, limited architectural services in support of the Department of Public Works. Services shall be performed on an as-needed basis through individual Task Orders issued during the contract term. The selected firms shall furnish all professional personnel, equipment, software, transportation, and incidental services necessary to complete assigned work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and accepted engineering practices.
