The SFMTA may award up to two contracts with a period of performance of 4.5 years and expects task orders to be issued as needed, with no guaranteed minimum. The RFP requires expertise in CEQA/NEPA, transportation analysis and engineering, and data collection/analytics and lists a virtual pre-proposal conference on December 22, 2025.
