Request for Proposals for Architectural/Engineering Services

Description: Siyeh Corporation is requesting proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide planning and design services for a proposed wellness center for the Blackfeet Tribe in Browning, Montana. The initial scope includes programming, planning, conceptual design, preliminary cost estimating, and development of the project scope and budget, with possible later phases covering full architecture/engineering design, construction documents, permitting/bidding assistance, and construction administration. Proposals must address firm and team qualifications, relevant wellness/recreation/community/healthcare experience, references, schedule and budget capability, and applicable Blackfeet Tribe/TERO considerations.
