Request for Proposals Ennen-Morris and Radar Hill Drainage Basin Design Plan

Description: The City of Rapid City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the Ennen-Morris and Radar Hill Drainage Basin Design Plan, Project No. 2897/CIP No. 51464. The joint project with Pennington County will develop a comprehensive, basin-scale drainage plan to support regional drainage improvements, orderly development, and preservation of critical drainage corridors. Proposals are due Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. MDT, and the City expects to invite the most qualified proposers to interviews tentatively scheduled for October 8, 2026.
