Description: The Delaware River Port Authority is seeking proposals for the purchase and delivery of 125 Ameristar Aegis II Classic Panels and accessories at the Walt Whitman Bridge Facility, with no substitutions permitted. Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the SAP Ariba Network by September 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM, and faxed, emailed, or hard-copy submissions will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the lowest overall price, and proposers must submit a completed Political Contribution Form and Certification.
