Description: SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University seeks a vendor to provide telecom broadband connectivity services and to act on its behalf before the FCC Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF) to obtain approval and expense reimbursement. The vendor must ensure SUNY-DHSU’s ongoing participation and compliance with FCC HCF regulations, maintain required rural-to-urban site ratios, and apply for reimbursements for 2026–2030 under a five-year contract.
