Request for Information (RFI) - Next-Generation Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)

Description: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Defensive Cyber Systems Branch is conducting an open Request for Information to identify commercial sources capable of providing a next-generation, vendor-agnostic Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) software solution. The desired solution must support an extensible modular open architecture, enterprise cloud and tactical-edge deployments, decentralized orchestration, extensive integrations, threat-intelligence management, and machine-learning-assisted analyst workflows. Responses must address the stated technical and operational criteria and include the respondent’s corporate overview, technical approach, comparison with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, MOSA compliance documentation, and relevant federal cyber-operations deployment history.
